Who is responsible

The data controller for Cadenvia is Cadenvia, operated by the site owner. For privacy questions or to object to measurement, email [email protected].

What the site stores

Cadenvia uses cadenvia-consent to remember your optional consent choices, cadenvia-locale to remember the selected supported language, and cadenvia-city to remember the selected supported city. The theme preference, anonymous saved shortlist, and saved live-search settings are kept in browser localStorage. Saved searches contain only a local label and canonical date, window, view, corridor, club-slug, area, booking-platform, facility, and metro criteria, and remain until deleted or browser storage is cleared. If you choose Use my location on the live page, your precise position is used only in that browser to rank public club coordinates; it is not sent to Cadenvia, put in the URL, or stored in the saved search. These first-party preference cookies are not hidden visitor IDs. You can change the optional choice at any time from the cookie details and settings page.

Optional vendor measurement

Optional vendor measurement is currently disabled in this environment. The app does not load Google Analytics, PostHog, session replay, advertising profiles, fingerprinting, or vendor identifiers while the master analytics flag is off. If the controller enables a future deployment, each optional category will still require a separate consent choice.

Cadenvia's first-party aggregate store does not receive the fingerprint or vendor identifier. The vendors may set their own cookies, local storage, session IDs, or user IDs after the relevant opt-in. See the cookie details and settings page to change the choice.

Aggregate analytics

Aggregate analytics collection is currently disabled in this environment. If it is enabled, Cadenvia will record only daily counts for page views, directory filter changes, comparison views, planner slot selections, outbound booking or club-source clicks, and consented scroll-depth buckets using the same limits described below.

The browser skips first-party measurement when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is available and enabled. You can also object by using Open cookie settings or by contacting us. Because the counters are not linked to a person or visit, we may not be able to identify or delete a particular historical count.

Hosting and technical logs

Cloudflare proxies the public domain and Railway hosts the application. These services may process technical request data, such as an IP address, browser information, request time, and requested route, for delivery, security, and operational logging under their own configurations. When Cloudflare supplies coarse visitor-location headers, Cadenvia uses them only during the request to suggest the nearest supported city and does not store the coordinates or IP address in the application. Infrastructure logs are separate from Cadenvia's aggregate analytics table; their retention and processor terms are set by the relevant hosting configuration and provider.

External booking sites

Booking buttons leave Cadenvia and open the club, Playtomic, Racket ID, TiePlayer, or another booking destination. The destination controls its own data processing, cookies, account, payment, and booking records. Cadenvia records only that an allowlisted outbound action was clicked, where analytics is enabled; it does not receive the booking outcome.

Your rights

You can contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection where personal data is involved. You may also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, at cnpd.pt. This page describes the application behavior; it is not a promise that the site is “100% GDPR compliant” or that hosting logs contain no personal data.
